The Basking Ridge Neighborhood Association (BRNA) fits within the boundaries of:

  • Tennant Ave/Gravina Loop to the north

  • Metcalf Road to the south

  • Highway 101/Basking Ridge Avenue to the west

  • and beautiful pastures to the east.

Within those boundaries are over 928 homes, with approximately 2/3 of them belonging to an HOA.  However, ALL homes are part of the Neighborhood Association.

Nearby we get to enjoy scenic Coyote Creek trails and Parkway Lakes. Many other conveniences are within a few miles including a local shopping mall, dental and post office, gym and restaurants, and Santa Teresa County Park.

Rita Ledesma Elementary School is located at the center of the Neighborhood.

We are a small community close enough to the city, but still a world away.
